Extra TV says Kourtney Kardashian and Travis Barker secretly got married in Las Vegas while they were there for the Grammys. An Elvis impersonator officiated their ceremony. The two married at a local chapel at 1:30 a.m. on Monday. The chapel owner served as their witness.

A source tells the NY Post, ''They had a ceremony, but on paper it’s not legal yet.'' The newspaper claims the couple never got a marriage license, but did have a ceremony

Barker's ex-wife, Shanna Moakler, said, “Congratulations to the happy couple. I wish them the best that life has to offer on their journey together.”

A source tells US Weekly Magazine, "They just had their team, security and three people that had iPhones - [so] five people total with them. They were friends, but they just came in and filmed them from the time they got out of the limousine to the ceremony to them leaving to tossing the bouquet. Everything."

The Daily Mail says a Birmingham tattoo artist, named John Arton, is going viral because he inked a Chris Rock-Will Smith tattoo on a client's leg. The tattoo shows Will slapping Chris at the Academy Awards. John says, ''I thought let’s do it - it’s hilarious. It’s quite small and discreet - if it wasn’t I probably wouldn’t have done it. It’s a weird, interesting and crazy thing - I don’t think there’s a right or wrong side, it’s just an interesting thing some celebrities have done.''

Hollywoodlife.com says Chris Rock can't imagine ever forgiving Will Smith for his Oscars slap. A source tells the website, “He can’t imagine forgiving Will, being friends with him. It is just a very weird thing to fully envelope. Chris doesn’t want the Will Smith slap to define him and the rest of his career. It sucks that it is now part of his life forever. He doesn’t know when he will talk about it, he knows he will have to at some point, but he literally is focusing on his tour and for the dust to fully settle,” the source explained. “It is still raw, emotional, and confusing to deal with and wrap his head around.”

US Weekly Magazine says Jada Pinkett Smith wishes Will didn't hit Chris Rock at the Oscars. A source tells the magazine, ''It was in the heat of the moment and it was him overreacting. He knows that, she knows that. They're in agreement that he overreacted. Pinkett Smith is not a wallflower, nor one of these women that needs protecting. He didn't need to do what he did.''

Naughty Gossip says Kylie Jenner has purchased three very expensive teddy bears for her two young children. She purchased a $550 patchwork bear from Sscene, a $2,080 bear from Modesens and a $20,550 bear from Louis Vuitton Kylie has an estimated worth of $900 million

Mindy Kaling tells Entertainment Tonight that she continues to write the script for ''Legally Blonde 3''. "I love this project. I am so excited about it. We are working on it. It is going, you know, a little more slowly than we like, but [it's] just because we really want it to be good. I think of it like Reese's Avengers. Elle Woods is like her Captain America, and so you don't want to be the person that messes up that story. So for me, we are just taking our time because we want it to be really good."

The Daily Mail says Simon Cowell is easing into retirement. A source tells the newspaper, ''Simon will take a less hands on approach and working until 3am will be a thing of the past. The days of staying up working until 3am and constantly being on his phone trying to make deals are gone forever. Someone like Simon will find it hard to let go and not work but for him this is like edging into a kind of semi-retirement. He won’t be working every day and will pick and choose his work a lot more going forward.''

The producers of the new animated movie "The Bad Guys" plan to promote the film by bringing live animals to movie theaters. The DreamWorks movie opens on April 22nd and features the voices of Craig Robinson, Sam Rockwell and Aquafina

The Sun says the London producers of the final Magic Mike movie have hired extra security because women have been converging on the set. A source tells the newspaper, “It starts as a bit of fun and it’s great that the fans are so engaged. They’re just passionate — and plainly sex-starved! But after a while it has become problematic and there are now a lot of fans trying to get hold of the guys pretty much everywhere they go. The security team are concerned about what they might be prepared to do just to get their hands on them. Obviously the previous films have had a huge impact but also left this legion of horny middle-aged women, who are making it their business to know the guys’ every move and follow them all over the place. Sadly the only option has been to move things around and take security precautions, by bringing in some proper heavies to make sure nobody gets hurt.”

Dear Fonseca

We have an 86 year-old woman in our neighborhood that doesn't clean up after her small dog. It's annoying finding dog waste in my front yard. She and I have had several loud exchanges about the dog. Some of my neighbors say I'm cruel and think the woman deserves a pass because she is elderly. I don't think that way. If she has a dog than she needs to be responsible for it. If she can't care for it because of her age than she shouldn't have it. Am I right or wrong? Do my neighbors have a point?
