Dear Fonseca,

My husband and I have booked a last minute Memorial Day weekend trip to see his parents. We will be flying with our rambunctious 3-year-old. She still has the Terrible Twos. I came up with a great idea that my friends and family think is terrible. I bought some velcro restraints and plan on restraining my daughter’s arms to the arm rest during the flight. This way, she'll stay calm and won't bother other passengers. If I don't do it, she'll start running around the plane like a wild woman. My friends and family say it's a terrible and cruel idea. I disagree and think it's ingenious. What do you think? I have seen parents at the mall and zoo tethered to their children so why not on a plane?
