Dear Fonseca,

We had the first of our three client holiday parties on Tuesday night. Everything was going well until my top salesman got drunk and insulted my wife. She walked out of the party and is now demanding I fire him. If I terminate him, the company will lose a significant amount of money and I will then be forced to fire other employees to make up for the losses. My wife is refusing an apology and is sticking to her stance. I'm stuck in the middle and don't know what to do. What would you do if you were me? It's coming down to my marriage or my company. HELP!
