Tom reportedly would only sign photos and copies of his book, despite the hefty cost of the event.
Attendee Brad Jarrett says, "Tom, [your] words were motivational, until we saw the lack of effort that you put in on the signatures we paid a lot of money for. $3,600 isn't cheap, and to hear you preach one thing and then act completely opposite really loses a lot of credibility with your fans and the people that spent their hard earned money for this experience. I am an administrative professional and should be happy because today is Administrative Professionals Day. I'm not happy at all. I work for a very well-known family company in the area. The husband and wife run the corporation. She came to me the other day and asked if I would spy on her husband. He is the president of the company while she is the vice president.
