So New Year's Eve next year, I'm going to be in such good solid shape – that's going to be such good fun – that I can do a backflip somewhere.' I've decided that this year I want to get to my peak physical fitness. I did it a few years ago and I felt fantastic but I know I can get stronger than that because I got there. Then I got lazy. So I'll start working out again to get my back completely right. An activity every week and I was like: 'Oh my God! I should do bingo!' My grandmas and my aunties when I was younger would play bingo on Tuesdays and Thursdays. I used to think that maybe they had a gambling problem and it wasn't until I was older I realized it was a socializing thing more than anything ... "So then I was like: 'Oh maybe I can start actually doing it in real life', but they've closed down. We used to have one called Gala Bingo ... Anyway I'm gonna start hosting a weekly bingo."

Jelly Roll recently wished his wife, Bunnie XO, a happy birthday with the following post. “Today we celebrate my wife’s birthday! She makes people feel safe. She creates a safe place for people to tell her how they feel. She is special in every way. To know where she came from and what she has made of herself is unbelievable.

She taught me to not just weather the storm but to dance in the rain. She taught me how to build a deep rooted friendship in our relationship that supersedes everything. My wife is the epitome of ‘sometimes God sends his most unlikely messengers with the biggest message’. She’s playful, funny, loving, caring, charismatic, and strong. My wife is fearless. She is a strong independent woman. I also admire how much she uplifts and empowers other women. Mama Bear I want you to know that I am head over heels in love with you. And somehow every day I wake up a little more in love than I was the day before. I love you so much .. thank you for being the anchor to our family. I love you.”

I respect whoever does it, but that's not for me anymore. I had a son at 19, who is now 32, and I'm ready to be a grandmother, not a mother. So, if love comes along, he has to come with [his own] children. I'm almost in menopause; it's the natural way of things. Dear Fonseca,

One of my best friends recently got divorced and is dating again. She met a guy and likes him a lot. He's a complete 180 from her husband. I did some digging on the guy and discovered that he has a previous criminal record and an active warrant out for his arrest. I feel like my friend is desperate to find love and may or may not know about her new man's past. She's got two young kids to protect as well. I'm thinking about anonymously calling the police to let them know where they can find him. I'm torn about what to do. Should I protect my friend or not? What's the right thing to do?
