Cheap Movie Tickets On National Cinema Day: The Daily Herald says 3,000 theaters will celebrate National Cinema Day on Sunday by offering $4 movie tickets for big films like "Barbie" and "Oppenheimer." Participating chains include AMC, Marcus, Regal, and others. Discounted concessions may also be available at some theaters.

TMZ says Britney Spears recently bought a new puppy, which upset PETA. The animal rights group is angry because Britney didn't adopt from a shelter. They claim her actions worsen the homeless animal crisis. A rep for PETA tells TMZ, " "When influential people buy puppies, puppy mills cheer and animal shelters watch the homeless-animal crisis get even worse. With this one cutesy post, Britney Spears has sentenced countless deserving dogs in shelters to more days without love, a comfy bed to curl up on, or a chance at a real life."

Dear Fonseca,
My daughter is in third grade. I'm getting trashed on Facebook because I hired a Glam Squad for her school pictures. I'm getting a makeup artist, a manicurist, a stylist and a hairstylist to work on her at school before her picture gets taken. Other parents are jealous and are slamming me saying what I'm doing is unnecessary and more for me than her. I can afford it and it's my money so why should they care. They say I'm a bad mother because I'm placing more emphasis on what's on the outside rather than the inside. I think if you feel good on the outside you'll feel good on the inside. Am I wrong for hiring a Glam Squad for a third grader?
