Dear Fonseca,

Today is Boss' Day and I think I'm going to be sick. My boss is getting an award at work today and doesn't deserve it. Something bad recently went down at work. A co-worker is in big trouble. I found out that he had nothing to do with the problem. It was actually my boss who was responsible for it. If I rat him out I could get fired. If I don't, my co-worker will lose his job. I know I should stay out of it, but it's killing me because I know an innocent employee is going to be fired because of my lying boss. I can't come forward anonymously. I also need the job. My head is telling me to stay silent while my heart is telling me to say something to the owners of the company. Head or heart ... what should I do? I'm not sure I could live with myself if I don't say something
