Dear Fonseca

A woman I just started dating got into a car accident. She rear-ended somebody so it's her fault. She has no car and can't get to her temp job. She's going to have trouble paying her bills and rent. She texted me last night to tell me that several of her friends sent her money through Venmo. You could tell she was hinting that she wanted me to do the same. Should I? I kind of feel guilty for not sending her any money. On the other hand, we just started dating so I feel it's inappropriate for her to ask. If I don't send money I look like the bad guy. What would you do if you were me? Should I send money?
