Rhythmix Rising Seas ~ AlamedaRhythmix Rising Seas is a free, family-friendly climate art event featuring live music, dance, visual art and theater. Experience taiko and learn a Japanese dance celebrating their fisherman ancestors hauling in a plentiful catch, listen to music played by horns made from kelp — Yes, kelp! Travel through time with the Climate Detective from the Future, and take a deep dive into nature with the East Bay Regional Park’s mobile education unit. Saturday, August 23rd, 2:00 – 5:00pm at Rhythmix Cultural Works.

Kids Night Out: Camp Out Edition! ~ ConcordDrop off your kids aged 4 and up for a night of gymnastics, s’mores, and camp-themed fun from 6-9 PM! It’s the ultimate chance for them to have a blast while you enjoy a well-deserved break—whether it’s a date night or just some time to yourself. Let the kids make memories and you make plans for a fun evening of your own!
