Smaller jazz, band, and community concerts appear on calendars around the city (check Club Fugazi and Music City San Francisco for lounge and cocktail music).

1. SF Sketchfest 2026 (San Francisco)• Ongoing citywide comedy festival featuring hundreds of shows — stand-up, improv, live podcasts, sketches, film tributes, special events and unique pop-ups — running January 15 through February 1. Featured performances and experiences span multiple venues across San Francisco through the weekend.
2. FOG Design + Art / SF Art Week 2026 (San Francisco)• Part of San Francisco Art Week, this major art and design festival continues at Fort Mason Center through January 25 with gallery exhibits, installations, talks, and curated presentations from global and local artists and designers.
3. Hearts in San Francisco at the Ferry Building (San Francisco)• Public art installation and launch of the hearts display at the Ferry Building — opening January 24 and continuing through February 11. The unveiling and surrounding activations this weekend qualify as a community art festival experience with photo ops, interactive engagement, and themed events.
