- NBC says McDonald's is going to launch a fried chicken sandwich in 2021. They plan to take on Chick-fil-A and Popeyes. They have been testing the sandwich in Houston and Knoxville, Tennessee. The fried chicken patty is served on a buttery potato roll with butter and pickles. Tomatoes, lettuce and mayo can also be added. McDonald's is also planning to launch a new plant-based burger called the McPlant

The Daily Mail says Alex Trebek spent his final day on a swing with his wife.Jeopardy executive producer Mike Richards says Alex was surrounded by family before he passed. ''He had a swing in his backyard that he loved. He actually rebuilt it earlier this year...Even in his book he described that he wanted his final day to be sitting on his swing next to his wife Jean and watching the horizon and he got to do that.''
