I went to an all-you-can-eat buffet on Friday night. I couldn't believe my eyes when I received my bill. I was charged for not only the buffet, but also some of the food that I left on my plate. The manager and I argued for 10 minutes. He says I wasted his food. It's an all-you-can-eat buffet so I believe I should be allowed to pick and choose what I eat even if I don't finish it. I reluctantly paid the bill, but am now thinking about contesting it with my credit card company. Should the restaurant have billed me extra for the food I did not eat? Is this even legal?
