Hollywoodlife.com says the release of Britney Spears and Elton John's new song is allegedly now up in the air. A source tells the website, “There is a ton riding on it,” so “she wants this to hit it out of the park and everyone that heard the song says it’s amazing so the hope is that she’ll sign off on it ASAP.”

A second source says, “When she was under her conservatorship, she really didn’t get this because she was not allowed to make decisions for herself. Doing this song with Elton has given her confidence again in her ability to sing and create music. It did take many different versions to create the one that will be the final product, but every song does really. She is just stoked that she’s been able to have her say in each draft of it. She is nervous about its release, but she truly feels this is one of the best songs she has ever recorded, as does her people.”

Newsweek magazine says Ryan Reynolds recently surprised a London superfan with 103 signed Blu Ray copies of his movies. Film buff and DVD store owner Rob Clarke was shocked after receiving a Twitter message from Ryan asking if he would be interested in having the films for his shop. Rob first met Ryan when he was in town filming a Disney+ documentary last year. Ryan and his wife, Blake Lively, personally autographed all of the Blu Rays.

Rob says, "I didn't think it was real at first until I showed my wife—I thought someone might be having me on. He said he and Blake were having a clear out of their office and had found all these DVDs and thought of me. It doesn't surprise me that he gave them to me; he is a really nice guy. I have always thought he is a likeable actor, he's funny, and not scared to take the mick out of himself. Him and Blake are both down-to-earth. I feel like I can talk to Ryan like any other customer. I am going to keep a few of the DVDs; I have earmarked about 20 I'd like, but the rest I am going to raffle for charity. I have been inundated with messages from people, who want to buy them, but I don't really know what they are worth."

Shaquille O'Neal tells People magazine that he loves buying gifts for fans. "I try to make every day a meaningful moment for a fan, and especially a kid. And I'm telling you now, like, red flag, red flag, red flag!' I realized that Ellen drove a Porsche … and then she married one. Cutting Back On Alcohol Study

A new London study reveals that the key to drinking less alcohol may be using a smaller glass. Researchers studied hundreds of wine-drinkers by measuring how much wine they drank per week and providing them with one of two different glass sizes. They found that participants consumed less alcohol each week when they switched to smaller glasses and purchased smaller bottles. The authors of the study hope their findings will help society reassess what an "acceptable glass size" is when it comes to alcohol.

Dear Fonseca

I work for a very well-known fertility doctor in town. The other day, my mouth hit the floor because an older man walked in with his younger girlfriend. She is pregnant. The older man is the father of an acquaintance of mine. He has been married for 30 years. His wife and my acquaintance have no idea he has gotten another woman pregnant. I am torn about what to do. Do I tell my acquaintance friend or not? If I do, I break patient-doctor confidentiality, but if I don't, then I break the trust my acquaintance friend has in me. What would you do if you were me? It's ethics versus morals.
