People magazine says a "Friends"- themed cruise is going to set sail from Fort Lauderdale in May of 2022. The cruise will feature a costume contest, Friends trivia and more. A new study by the Korea University in Seoul reveals that teens, who spend more than three hours a day on their phone are more likely to be overweight or obese than teens who spend less than three hours a day on their phone.
Researcher Hannah Oh says, ''Earlier studies have shown that TV watching is an important factor that increases the risk of obesity in children and adolescents. Our data suggest that both smartphone usage time and content type may independently influence diet and obesity in adolescents.''
Morning People Are Happier Than Night Owls
A new study by the University of Exeter reveals that morning people are happier and less prone to depression than night owls. Early risers tend to get more work done during the day than night owls. Night owls tend to feel jet lagged during the week because of their unhealthy sleep schedule.
