Gas Selling For $9.60 A Gallon: The NY Post says a Mendocino, California Chevron gas station is charging $9.60 for a gallon of gas. That's $3 more than the state average of $6.30 and $4.78 higher than the national average of $4.82. The gas station is the only one in town.
Gas station owner Judy Schlafer says she recently paid $50,000 for an 8,880-gallon delivery. In March, that same load cost $30,000. “I’m going to be lucky if I make the year with all the fees, the regulation, the payroll fees. If it continues the way it is, Mendocino won’t have a gas station next year.”
The Daily Mail says Johnny Depp spent the weekend in London celebrating his court victory over Amber Heard. He took selfies with fans and told one child, 'You have five, I have four and seven eighths. Mad.' The comment was a reference to Amber throwing a bottle of vodka at him and cutting his finger.
The Telegraph says Johnny went to a wildlife center on Friday where he cuddled with an orphan badger.
Kathy Griffin ripped Depp over the weekend when she posted: "I just think Depp is gross Do you know what I find funny? Perez Hilton says Disney may once again cast Johnny Depp as Captain Jack Sparrow. A former Disney executive tells the website, “I absolutely believe post-verdict that Pirates is primed for rebooting with Johnny as Capt. Jack back on board. There is just too much potential box-office treasure for a beloved character deeply embedded in the Disney culture. With [producer] Jerry Bruckheimer riding high on the massive success of Tom Cruise in Top Gun: Maverick, there is huge appetite for bringing back bankable Hollywood stars in massively popular franchises. I would think they make Margot Robbie his daughter and likely have a cameo with him as a test.''
The Wall Street Journal says sales of Johnny Depp's cologne, Sauvage, are soaring following his win in court over Amber Heard. The cologne is a top seller for Ulta and Sephora and ranks number #4 on Amazon's list of the top selling scents. Sales have jumped by 15% since the trial started
The NY Post says Kim Kardashian and Pete Davidson flew to London so they could attend Queen Elizabeth's parties for her Platinum Jubilee. A source tells the newspaper that they got rejected when they asked for tickets. “Kim Kardashian wanted tickets for her and Pete Davidson to attend Trooping the Colour. The Queen’s birthday parade was the hottest ticket in town … But they were turned down as all the tickets had gone to family members of servicemen and military VIPs. There are some tickets you just can’t buy. The Toyal family does not need American reality TV stars. The biggest celebrities in the world are already there — the British Royal Family.''
Jimmy Kimmel tells Variety magazine that he may stop hosting his late night show after his contract ends in 2023. "I wish I knew [what] I was gonna do. I have moments where I go, ‘I cannot do this anymore.' And I have moments where I go, ‘what am I gonna do with my life if I'm not doing this anymore?' It's a very complicated thing. Eventually, I am going to have to stop doing this. I'm not going to do this forever. I would not be honest at all if I said that I have decided one way or the other. I'm thinking about it a lot, though."

My fiance went out with her girlfriends on Friday to an obscure restaurant. While there, she spotted one of my best friends on a date. My best friend is married and was not with his wife.
