There weren’t any brakes to pump because the car wasn’t moving. That was a very unfortunate thing that happened, and I don’t think it’s really my place to comment, except to say that I’ve known Will Smith for many years, and I know him to be a good person. That was an example of a very good person having a very bad moment, in front of the world. I believe his apology and regret is genuine, and I believe in forgiveness and redemption.''

Smiling Beneficial To Your Health A new study by the Impress Orthodontic Clinic reveals that people should smile for a minimum of seven minutes a day.

Dr Khalid Kasem says, “The main benefit of smiling is that it reduces stress. Our mouths are more damaged by stress than we might realise, as the added tension it puts on your muscles can lead to involuntary teeth clenching or grinding, leaving you susceptible to jaw issues and a whole host of other problems. Smiling increases endorphins and lowers cortisol levels. So smiling when you feel stressed can leave you feeling considerably better.''

Dear Fonseca

My ex-husband and I are talking about reconciling. I have mentioned that I have been going out with other men during our break from one another. He doesn't seem to be jealous or care. My friends say I should be worried about that. They say if he really cared he would show some sort of jealousy. He doesn't. Does that mean he doesn't care or does it mean he is secure and confident?
