Dear Fonseca
My daughter is going to prom in two weeks. She bought a dress a size too small because she wants to look her best. She's asked me if she can diet and take diet pills in order to drop weight. I told her that she looks great and doesn't need any of that junk. She won't listen to me. Should I allow her to diet and take pills? If I don't she may do it behind my back and get herself into trouble. My ex husband thinks I should lay down the law and tell her to go as is. He's a man. He doesn't get it.
