No Charges Against Tyson: NBC says San Mateo County, California District Attorney Steve Wagstaffe will not be pressing charges against Mike Tyson for punching another passenger on a plane. Steve says, "Our decision is that we will not file any charges against Mr. Tyson based on the circumstances surrounding the confrontation. These include the conduct of the victim leading up to the incident, the interaction between Mr. Tyson and the victim, as well as the requests of both the victim and Mr. Tyson that no charges be filed in this case."

My daughter is going to prom in two weeks. She bought a dress a size too small because she wants to look her best. She's asked me if she can diet and take diet pills in order to drop weight. I told her that she looks great and doesn't need any of that junk. She won't listen to me. Should I allow her to diet and take pills?
