Cops Deliver Baby On Side Of Road: WLKY says Kokomo, Indiana police officers Samantha Rehberg and Gabrielle Uhrin are being hailed as heroes for helping deliver a baby on the side of the road. They were on duty when a child ran towards them and said his mother was having a baby inside their minivan. Samantha and Gabrielle called for medics and then delivered the baby. The family was rushed to a nearby hospital where they are doing fine.
