Cops Were Ready To Arrest Will Smith: Oscars producer Will Packer tells ABC that the Los Angeles Police Department were ready to arrest Will Smith after he slapped Chris Rock. “They were saying, you know, this is battery, was a word they used in that moment. They said, ‘We will go get him. We are prepared. We’re prepared to get him right now. You can press charges, we can arrest him'. They were laying out the options. And as they were talking, Chris was — he was being very dismissive of those options. He was like, ‘No, no, no, I’m fine.’ And even to the point where I said, ‘Rock, let them finish.’ The LAPD officers finished laying out what his options were and they said, ‘Would you like us to take any action?’ And he said no. He said no.”

''I think what Wanda Sykes said on [The Ellen DeGeneres Show] was very, very powerful. They've been friends for a long time, and a comedian never really wants to show their vulnerability. And I could tell that in Wanda, that it has affected her deeply that one of her best friends was struck like that. So, moving forward. I think that people will feel like they're able to stand up and [do what they want]. You come to enjoy a show, not to make a statement."

Jim Carrey tells Unilad that he is worried people may start copying Paul Dano's violent Riddler character from "The Batman". “I’ve not seen it. It’s a very dark version. I have mixed emotions about it. To each his own and all that. I love him [Paul Dano] as an actor, he’s a tremendous actor. There’s a spot of worry in me over gaffer-taping people’s faces and encouraging people to do the same. Some sickos out there that might adopt that method. I do have a conscience about the things I choose. Robotnik [his Sonic 2 villain] has cartoon bombs and no one gets hurt. I know there’s a place for it, and I don’t want to criticize it, but it’s not my kind of thing… it’s very well done, those movies are very well done.”

Carrey played The Riddler in the 1995 movie ''Batman Forever''

The first time, they said we were too loud, that we couldn’t interact with someone on stage. The second time, they said we were heckling him. The third time…we switched sweats and then I got kicked out. All we did was interact and respond to the comedian. They are so afraid that someone is going to say something that they kicked us out before we could.”

Dear Fonseca

I recently got into a fight with my friends. They come into my home and immediately open my fridge and start eating my food. It happened several times before I said something last weekend. This caused a disturbance between us. They say once we become friends and I invite them over, than they have carte blanche when it comes to my refrigerator. I told them I think people should ask first before going into someone's fridge. They disagree. What do you think about this? Do you agree with them or me? They said if we weren't friends it would be different
