Jennifer Lopez tells Elle magazine that she wants to show women that they don't have to stop working just because they're older. “The idea of, ‘There’s nothing really valuable about watching a woman over 30’ is so ridiculous, it’s the opposite of right. It just makes me laugh. “People have realized that women just get sexier as they get older. They get more learned and more rich with character. All of that is very beautiful and attractive, and not just physically, but on the inside, the beauty that you gain as you get older, the wisdom you gain."

And he was like, you know what? Better luck next time."

Dear Fonseca

Me and my husband watched Oprah Winfrey's weight special last night with our daughter. My daughter is very curvy and needs to lose weight. After the show, my husband and I sat down with our daughter and talked about her health. She knows she needs to improve it. She tried to make a deal with us and said if she hits her goal weight then we should buy her a new car. My husband went through the roof and said we were being bribed and shouldn't have to pay our daughter for something she should already be doing, which is watching her weight and exercising. I don't think there is anything wrong with incentivizing our daughter. In fact, I think it's good because it will teach her about hard work and attaining goals. This led to my husband and I arguing. What would you do if you were us ... make a deal with our daughter or not? Who is right .. me or my husband?
