Chestnut And Kobayashi Ready For Labor Day Hot Dog Eating Contest: The New York Post says Joey Chestnut and Takeru Kobayashi have a disagreement about the no-dunking rule for their Labor Day hot dog eating contest. Kobayashi pushed for the no dunking rule. Chestnut suggested a compromise with a reduced dunking time. Netflix decided late yesterday that no dunking is allowed. Kobayashi said, “There are a lot of athletes (who) through the dunking process managed to disintegrate, melt the bun in the water and a lot of cheating can occur”

QZ.com has determined that eating 70 hot dogs would mean consuming 19,600 calories, 1,225 grams of fat, 61,250 milligrams of sodium, 1,470 grams of carbohydrates and 630 grams of protein.
A study by the University of Michigan reveals that eating a hot dog can shorten a person's "healthy life" by up to 36 minutes. The "healthy life" is defined as the ability to live without sickness or disability. The same study found that eating a serving of cashews can extend the healthy life by 26 minutes.

I try to schedule all of my first dates on Wednesday night so if I like the guy I can go out with him again on Friday or Saturday. I had a date on Wednesday night. We met at a very well-known Italian restaurant in the area. The night started off horribly because my date called me by the wrong name. When I asked who Tara was he stumbled and fumbled like an NFL player on Sunday afternoon. I thought about walking out right then and there, but then decided to stay and order the most expensive thing on the menu. My date never gave me a straight answer as to who Tara is. He has asked me for a second date on Saturday. In his defense, he was extremely nervous because he is dating way over his head with me. Should I give him another chance or not? I don't appreciate him thinking about another woman while he is on a date with me. What would you do if you were me?
