Dear Fonseca,

My family went and adopted a dog from the shelter on Saturday. They gave us a great deal because today is National Dog Day. My husband embarrassed me in front of the family on Saturday night and told me he wouldn't kiss me because the dog kissed me on my lips. This sparked a debate within our family of seven. Half the family said it's okay if a dog kisses you on the lips while the other half said it's not because of where their tongue has been. I know this sounds stupid but I'm sure it's a debate every dog owning family can relate to and has had. I have no problem with my dog kissing me on the lips nor do my sons. My daughters and husband hate it and won't allow it. Can you ask your audience what they think about this? I'd love to see where they stand.
