Dear Fonseca,
I’ve been experiencing a lot of mom guilt lately, especially as the new school year starts. I find myself constantly questioning whether I’m doing enough for my children. Sometimes I wonder if this mom guilt is a real issue or if I’m just being too hard on myself. The kids and everyone else tell me I'm doing a good job. How do I get rid of mom guilt? Is mom guilt a common feeling among parents? How can I determine if it’s something I need to address or just a normal part of parenting?
