Dear Fonseca,

We have new bosses at work that have instituted a new rule nobody likes. They are limiting bathroom breaks to just 5 minutes because several employees were caught scrolling on their phones while in a stall. I think the rule is unfair. Some of the employees are in favor of the new rule because the scrollers are affecting their work performance and productivity. People are taking sides here at work and it's affecting morale. Should companies have bathroom break rules for how long you can stay in a stall? Is this discrimination or just good time management by the bean counters?
