- TMZ says the Sag Harbor, New York Police have denied a request for the body cam footage from Justin Timberlake's recent DWI arrest. The police cited a law that allows them to withhold public records during an ongoing investigation. 

- PEOPLE magazine says Britney Spears' song "Criminal", from her album "Femme Fatale", started charting again after Justin Timberlake's DUI arrest. It currently sits at #68

- The Streamable says 'Yellowstone' Season 5 Part II will premiere on November 10th. Fans are eager to see if Kevin Costner will return as the Dutton family patriarch. 

- NBC says Michael Jordan's Highland Park, Illinois estate is for sale again. He wants $14.8 million, down from his original asking price of $29 million in 2012. The massive 56,000 square foot property boasts a basketball gym, an infinity pool, a putting green, a tenniscourt, and a cigar room. Property taxes alone amount to $148,000 per year.

- Us Weekly says Tom Brady is not dating Brazilian influencer Isabella Settanni.The retired quarterback is focused on his post-football career and raising his children

- Variety Magazine says Netflix and Popcorn Indiana are teaming up to launch a popcorn line with flavors like Cult Classic Cheddar and Swoonworthy Cinnamon.The popcorn will be available at Walmart for $4.49. This move is part of Netflix's effort to expand its branding in retail outlets. 

- The Las Vegas Review-Journal says Olive Garden is refusing to discount its pasta to lure in customers. The chain’s CEO says they won't engage in discount wars against competitors like Burger King and McDonald's.

- NBC says a $420,000 Rolls-Royce was recently stolen after a thief simply texted the delivery driver, acted as if he was the owner, and changed the drop-off location. The black car, purchased in Michigan, was bound for Miami. The dealership believes the same thief stole a Mercedes Maybach GLS. 

- The Verge says Instagram users can now livestream exclusively to a select group of Close Friends. This feature allows up to three other accounts to join the Live session. The update aims to create a more intimate experience compared to traditional public streaming. 

- The Malaysian Reserve says Automobili Pininfarina is preparing to launch the world's most expensive SUV. The vehicle, known as the Berlosconi 5, is set to be priced at $1 million. The SUV will be equipped with cutting-edge technology and luxurious features. Production is expected to begin next year.


TMZ says Justin Timberlake has no plans for rehab following his recent DWI arrest in Long Island. Despite the arrest, Timberlake is focused on his ongoing world tour and has a clean prior record with no history of irresponsible drinking. His lawyer plans to fight the arrest

Radar Online says Justin Bieber sold his music catalog for $200 million in 2023, but is now allegedly going broke due to excessive spending. A source says, “He spends more money than he’s got coming in, and is now having to cut back on certain luxuries. They recently advised him against buying Hailey a $700K diamond ring, so he applied for a loan. But the loan was denied and he purchased it anyway. If Justin doesn’t make some changes soon, he could lose everything. He is going to go broke.''

Sabrina Carpenter tells The News International that Taylor Swift gave her valuable relationship advice. "There was no 'how-to book' to navigate a relationship in the glare of the public eye. "It is simply not right that Kurt be permitted to prolong our divorce in hopes that I die before he is required to pay me". Shannen is asking for $15,434 a month due to her health struggles.

TMZ says environmental activists recently targeted Taylor Swift's private jet in a political protest. Protesters Jennifer Kowalski and Cole Macdonald entered the private airfield at Stansted Airport at 5 AM and sprayed paint on planes using rigged fire extinguishers. They missed Taylor's and hit other planes. Just Stop Oil, the group behind the protest, were proud of their actions, but Essex police arrested them for criminal damage and interfering with the national infrastructure.
