My daughter turns 16 on Sunday and will now be allowed to date. My wife and I forbid her from dating because we wanted her to concentrate on her studies and have fun with her friends without the pressure of dating. I think she already has her eye on a classmate. I'm torn about how to handle it. Do I try and be the young man's friend or try and intimidate him. Either way, I need to get my point across that he is to treat her like a princess and not do anything to break her heart or hurt her. Friend or Foe? Which approach should I use?
