The Idaho County Free Press says Taylor Swift has caused a rift between a mother and daughter. The daughter, who wishes to remain anonymous, posted the following on Reddit ... “My mom is getting remarried (my birth father passed away a while ago). A few weeks ago I won Taylor Swift tickets on the radio for the same day as her wedding. I made the decision to go to the concert over the wedding, and I told her this, and she is very upset - she has not spoken to me since. I love my mother and feel bad missing her wedding, but I thought she would understand due to the circumstances. I do not like my soon-to-be stepfather, and I feel like seeing Taylor Swift is a once in a lifetime experience that I do not want to miss. I have made it very clear to my mom over the past few months that I am not okay with the marriage, but still plan to be at the wedding. But then I won the tickets, and things changed.”

You can be yourself and you don’t have to be who I think you should be or who I want you to be or anything. Be your own self, fly your own flag but just don’t be rude. And care about others... And take your plate to the sink."
The Weeknd tells Vanity Fair magazine that he's been watching a lot of 90's television lately. “I've been binging shows like "The Ben Stiller Show", "Mr. Show", and "The Larry Sanders Show". They're brilliant and groundbreaking. It’s like the birth of that behind-the-scenes meta comedy type, like "The Office" and "Arrested Development" and all that, where it feels like it’s blurred between what’s real, what’s not.”

WXIA says Usher has received an honorary degree from the Berklee College of Music. He posted, “Keep running past that finish line [of your goals], break the barriers, identify that spark in you that motivates you to keep going, and don’t expect everything to be perfect and run smoothly. Take what you’ve learned here [at Berklee], go into the world, and make great things”
The Sun says Ed Sheeran look-a-like Ty Jones has been booted from Tik Tok for looking too much like the singer. He says, “It’s quite obvious I’m a lookalike. I actually can’t sing. People always comment on my videos, saying, ‘Oh my God, it’s Ed Sheeran’. I’m always repeating myself saying, ‘I’m not Ed’. Sometimes I have it in bold writing. I feel like it’s discrimination because I can’t change the way I look. Just because I look like Ed Sheeran, does that mean I can’t make TikToks? It’s my full-time job. I was keen to promote what I do and market my business. Maybe TikTok should ban Ed for impersonating me as well given that we look the same.”

The Liverpool Echo newspaper says a bar, inspired by the Top Gun movies, is going to open in Merryside, England. The bar is called Maverick's. It will feature a jukebox, vintage neon signs, an American flag and a Statue of Liberty. The Sun says Ben Affleck wants to slow his life down. A source tells the newspaper, “Ben Affleck wants to slow down a little. He needs that, but it’s not really how Jennifer Lopez does things. She’s an all-or-nothing type and has more energy than Ben. There’s no off switch and this is just not somebody who is down for Netflix and chill. Ben has a full plate just dealing with the decisions he has to make with his career and his new business venture. When he goes home at night he wants to zone out or talk to his kids on the phone. The guy doesn’t deserve to be ordered around, dragged to dubious social events and critiqued on every minuscule aspect of his day. But this is what he signed up for when he married Jennifer. She is a Duracell Bunny who doesn’t stop for anybody. Jennifer is very feisty. She thrives on passion, and you don’t get that without the arguments and the drama. Jennifer’s a diva but Ben 100 per cent knows that. They are both actors and they like a drama and an ever-moving stage — and that’s what their relationship is.”
Scarlett Johansson tells Drew Barrymore that she would not have dated or married Colin Jost when she was younger. “Firstly, my brother had that same haircut throughout the nineties…both of my brothers, and I just can’t. There’s no way. I mean, who decided on that cut as a stylish thing? What hairdresser was like ‘I’ll try this.' I need to be with a compassionate person. That’s a fundamental characteristic that has to be there.’ And I think that understanding what those fundamental things are that you need in a partner is a must, I think — for longevity, anyway. I think identifying those things was a game-changer for me.”

I have a date this weekend. My girlfriends and I went shopping on Wednesday night for a new dress for me. I bought a very revealing one. I like to wear revealing clothing on first dates because I like to test the man I'm with. If they are undressing me with their eyes, than I know they are pigs and don't respect me. If they look at me from the neck up, than I know they respect me. My friends say the test is wrong because it's a trap. They say I'm gorgeous and there's no way a guy won't undress me with his eyes. My brother also says it's an unfair test. What do you think? Is my test valid or not? Is it wrong if a man undresses an attractive woman with his eyes? Is this a compliment or an insult?
