Obviously, there were a lot of singers that didn’t have the conventional R'n'B look, but for me, it was more of a personal thing. The real challenge was the live performances, going out there and showing yourself to people for the first time. And on top of that, I had to sing, and I had never performed live before, so I got thrown into the fire for that as well.

Dear Fonseca
My husband and I got into a massive fight last night and ended up sleeping in separate bedrooms. I walked by his laptop and saw that he had several windows open. I was excited because he purchased roses, wine and chocolates. I thought they were for me. I was wrong. He purchased them for his assistant because tomorrow is Administrative Professionals Day. I told him those gifts are inappropriate for a co-worker. He disagreed and said that's what his co-worker likes. Those gifts are for someone you're married to like me not your assistant. Am I overreacting? Is my husband wrong for purchasing these gifts? Did he cross the line?
