Social media can be great, but it can also inundate your brain with images of what you aren’t, how you’re failing, or who is in a cooler locale than you at any given moment. One thing I do to lessen this weird insecurity laser beam is to turn off comments. I’m training my brain to not need the validation of someone else.”

They’re blocking me. I’m pretty offended!"

And it's gonna hit you after.' I think he knows that, but I also think he knows that it's time. He's been doing it a long time, and I think it's a really cool way that we all know he's leaving so we get the time to, like—I mean, I can't stand him, but I also love him. So we get the time to actually, like, lift him up and say how great he is. He is the ultimate Coach on this show. Everybody knows that. He's won the most, and he, honest to God, helps the Artists afterwards. And it's an incredible thing that he's done for so many Artists. It's a loss for The Voice."

Ben Affleck tells People magazine that he thinks his kids like his Dunkin' Donuts commercial. “I think they’re charmed by it. I like to think so. I don’t know if it’s true, but, just as with so many other things, it’s what I tell myself. I think they think of it as a slightly eccentric habit of their dad’s, that like, there’s this one coffee shop that I really stick with and go to, but they know that it’s associated with sort of where I grew up and Boston. I think people already sort of think that I work for Dunkin’. In Boston, it was such a big deal. I think I became kind of associated with it, and this sounded like a fun opportunity to kind of play with that association, and a chance to come back here to shoot it at home in Boston.”

The Beach Boys' "Good Vibrations" Is Happiest Song EVER

A new study by music psychologist Dr. Michael Bonshor reveals that "Good Vibrations" by The Beach Boys is the top song that makes people the happiest. Dr. Bonshor says the structure of the 1966 hit single checks all of the boxes when it comes to producing positive emotions in listeners. Other songs that follow Dr. Bonshor's formula include "I Got You" (I Feel Good) by James Brown, "Uptown Girl" by Billy Joel, "YMCA" by The Village People, and "Get the Party Started" by P!nk. Dr. Bonshor says, "Previous studies have found songs are perceived as happy if they are in a major key, with a sweet spot of approximately 137 beats per minute ... we like high volume when it comes to how our happy songs are made, with notes played in a bright and bouncy way by instruments such as trumpets or electric guitars instead of mellower instruments. Finally, a repetitive rhythm or guitar riff that people can latch onto and becomes memorable is the cherry on the cake."

Dear Fonseca

My boyfriend saw that Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck got commitment tattoos for Valentine's Day. Now, he wants us to get them. My boyfriend can't afford an engagement ring so he says this is the next best thing. I'm committed to us, but I'm hesitant to get his name tattooed on my body. My sister is totally against the idea and says he's a broke loser because he can't afford a ring. She says buying an engagement ring shows more of a commitment than getting a tattoo. Should I demand a ring or go ahead and get the tattoo? I'm confused and don't know what to do. Is it a good idea to get someone's name tattooed on you? Is my sister right? My boyfriend says getting a tattoo shows more of a commitment than an engagement ring because you can remove a ring much easier than a tattoo? Is he right? Now you see why I'm confused
