Nicky Youre tells Songwriter Universe magazine that writing "Sunroof" was easy."When I tried writing 'Sunroof,' it just flew out of me. I remember saying, 'I got my head out the sunroof,' and I was like, 'Oh, that's so cool. I don't know where this came from, but I've gotta keep it.' And I think with all my best songs that I've written so far, I've kind of pulled them out of thin air. That's how a lot of my friends in the industry describe it—like there's always songs above us, like, floating. Sometimes you pull out a really good one and sometimes you pull out a really [crummy] one. That's just how it is, and I guess I got lucky with a good one that day."

Pink tells ABC that her new songs are her best work because she spent so much time creating them. ""I took time. I had time and I had a lot of really devastating things happen. My son and I got really sick with Covid. That sort of distilled down for me what actually matters. And it takes a crisis to do that. It takes your kids getting sick to be like, 'Okay, none of this matters. I wanna see my kids grow up. That's what I want.' I want to only put truth into the world. I want to only be authentic. And I want to be kinder and a better person. I just started making music and speaking in melody. And it came together.

Taylor Swift tells Billboard magazine that she feels more creative now than she did in her twenties. "I definitely feel more free to create now. And I'm making more albums at a more rapid pace than I ever did before, because I think the more art you create, hopefully the less pressure you put on yourself. It's just a phase I'm in right now. And everybody's different. There are people, who put an album out every five years and it's brilliant and that's the way they work. And I have full respect for that. But I'm happier when I'm making things more often."

Sia tells Nightline that she doesn't want the life of a famous person. "I've been writing pop songs for pop stars now for a couple of years and I've become friends with them and see what their life is like and that's not something I want."

So very fast. He grabbed me by the collar, ripping my necklace, and he knocked me to the floor. I landed on the dog’s bowl, which cracked under my back, the pieces cutting into me. I lay there for a moment, dazed, then got to my feet and told him to get out.”

Slater later issued an apology video and said, “I apologize to Michael B. Jordan’s entire family, his extended family and him directly as he is an idol of mine. Taking part in a trend like this is completely disrespectful. I don’t wish any bad ramifications upon his family nor my parents, as they deserve none of the backlash. I own this was a mistake. I hope this can be a teaching lesson to anyone who uses social media as a tool and a source of entertainment to truly understand that your actions can have consequences that extend

US Weekly Magazine says Brad Pitt is quickly falling for Ines de Ramon. A source tells the magazine, “They’ve been hanging out a ton, taking in art shows in L.A. and jamming to music and watching movies over at his place, He’s been cooking for her, they work out and go on hikes, go over projects they both have and bounce ideas off each other too. Brad has gone from seeing this as a fling to wanting to spend all his time with her. The other girls he was flirting with or considering as dates have all gradually disappeared. It seems just a matter of time before they’re officially exclusive. She’s a great match for Brad if he’s serious about making it last.”

I never wanted to be that act that people watching go, ‘you should have stopped last year.’ I used to tell my wife that one of my fears of was dying on the road, and when we lost Bob Saget and some of these other guys, I (thought), the longer you do this, the odds are greater that's going to happen. We're never able to cheat death, but I've got grandkids now, and I want to be a part of their life. There's just more out there for me to do.

Dear Fonseca,

My son is sick with the flu. My mother-in-law is willing to watch him, but wants to be paid. She says we would pay a babysitter so why not her? Family doesn't charge family. I don't think we should have to pay our son's grandmother to watch him. She feels different. My husband is staying silent because he's a mama's boy. Should grandparents be paid to watch children?
